I was particularly touched by the staff's exceptional service; they went above and beyond by promptly returning a piece of jewelry I had forgotten in my room, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The room itself was both comfortable and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities such as effective air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar that added to my relaxation. The attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness of the sheets and the thoughtful provision of free toiletries, enhancing my overall experience. Allur has certainly set a high standard for boutique hotels, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and satisfying getaway in Italy's fashion capital.
